Type: 24 bit colour plus 8 bit alpha  (if it has transparent parts)

Graphics larger than 1024 pixels x 576 pixels allow for panning and zooming

Graphics smaller than 1024 pixels x 576 pixels can be used but are not recommended for use as a full screen graphic due to loss in quality.

PDF, PNG, JPEG, TGA, TIFF, BMP, EPS, PSD

SAFE TITLE
If you are sending completed graphics for TV commercials they need to conform to Free TV's Safe Title requirements. 

All essential message elements must not be within 10% of the edge of the 4x3 centre section.
